COST: Because it takes time, energy and resources for Winifred to create and hold sacred space for empowering your personal growth and transformation, The Witching Well is a paid membership, subscription-based community.
Once you sign up, you will be billed a recurring monthly fee of $29.00 per month (or annual fee for annual/year long members).
You can cancel anytime BEFORE your next billing cycle.
REFUND POLICY: Because the membership has a digital component with immediate access to lesson material, workshop recordings and workbooks, there are NO REFUNDS so please consider carefully before purchase.
CANCELLATION PROCESS:
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: There is no contract at the monthly subscription level and you can leave at any time BEFORE the next billing cycle. If you choose to leave, you will need to terminate your subscription payment BEFORE the next billing cycle occurs. *You are the one solely responsible for the actual termination of your subscription so please do not ask us to do it for you.
You can cancel your membership subscription yourself, directly inside your account settings in the membership portal. If you paid using PAYPAL you cancel by logging into your paypal account and canceling there. If you paid using STRIPE you cancel inside the account settings located in your membership portal under the billing area.

If you leave in good standing, you are welcome to rejoin The Witching Well at a future date, but will be subject to the going monthly rate at that time.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By purchasing and participating in the membership, you warrant that you have read, reviewed, understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed here.
When Access Begins:
Upon signing up:
- Access to The Witching Well Membership Portal where recorded workshops, workbooks and other supportive materials/recordings are located.
- Access to our Community Forum inside the member portal.
- Invite to request joining our private Facebook Group if you desire (you do NOT need to be on Facebook in order to receive a full experience inside the Witching Well)
How the Recurring Monthly Billing Cycle Works:
Your payment counts for the upcoming month billing cycle. In order to access The Witching Well, you need to be in active, good standing regarding payment. If your payment is not current or not in active, good standing, you will not have access to TWW.
How Long Do You Have Access:
As long as your membership is in good standing and your payments are current, you will have access. Much like a Netflix subscription, you are able to access the all the materials and resources WHILE your membership is active. If you choose to cancel, you will lose access on the last day of your completed payment period.
Refund Policy:
There are NO REFUNDS for payments already made. There is no contract to join. You are free to leave at any time by terminating your subscription. You are solely responsible for canceling your own subscription if you decide to do so. To cancel you just log into your Member Account and cancel your payment and subscription under your account settings.
Membership Terms:
The membership and any of its accompanying materials may not be shared with any party. If we suspect that the Membership or Materials are being shared and/or that you have shared your log-in information with any party, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Course, in our sole and exclusive discretion and without a refund. We do not offer any promises or guarantees with regard to our Membership or its Materials.
Age Restriction:
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use this Website, participate in the Membership or access any Services contained herein. By participating in the Membership, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally agree to this Agreement. Membership Provider assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age.
Intellectual Property:
You agree that the Materials, the Membership and any other Services provided by Winifred Costello, The Witching Well & AwenTree, as the Membership Provider, are the property of the Membership Provider, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property ("Company IP"). You agree that the Company: AwenTree, The Witching Well & Winifred Costello, owns all right, title and interest in and to the Company IP and that you will not use the Company IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose. You agree not to reproduce, teach or distribute the Company IP in any way, including electronically or via registration of any new trademarks, trade names, service marks or Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), without express written permission from the Company.
Content You Post:
Through your participation in the Membership and your use of the website, you may be permitted to post materials to the Membership pages and other parts of the Website ("User Contributions"). You hereby grant Course Provider a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, display, use, broadcast, transmit and make derivative works of User Contributions you post. The Course Provider claims no further proprietary rights in your User Contributions. If you feel that any of your intellectual property rights have been infringed or otherwise violated by the posting of information or media by another of our users, please contact us and let us know.
You hereby acknowledge and agree:
A) You are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices that you make with regard to this Membership, the Materials contained within it, or any significant changes to your life;
B) You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own mental health, physical health, life decisions, and any other actions or inaction you choose to take;
C) We are not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences which may come about due to your participation in this Membership;
D) This Membership does not constitute a therapeutic relationship or a medical one. We do not provide therapy or medical services and you are responsible for procuring these services at your own will and discretion if needed.
